MISSION
STATEMENT
The mission of the East Orange Campus High School Media Center is to support and enhance the research, informational, reading, viewing, and instructional needs of the staff and students. We strive to support the East Orange Public Schools’ district curriculum and New Jersey’s core curriculum standards.
The Media Center meets these needs by acquiring, processing and providing user-friendly access to quality resources in a variety of formats. The formats we include provide instruction in information retrieval as well as critical appraisal and creative use of that information.
The Media Center strives to be the intellectual center of the high school, linking the school community to an ever-changing circle of literature, knowledge, and information.
